Singapore Chilli Crab

What you need (serves 4):
• 3 tbsps cooking oil
• 1.5 - 1.8kg Sri Lankan Crab
• 1 large egg

  1. Heat oil in wok on medium heat. Add crab pieces to cook for 45 secs on each side. Add 215g Chilli Crab Sauce & 240ml of water.
  2. Coat crab evenly, cover & cook for 1 min. Mix well & cook until crab is cooked through.
  3. Pour beaten egg around crab & stir. Scoop sauce over crab & serve.
