- Heat oil in wok on medium heat. Add crab pieces to cook for 45 secs on each side. Add 215g Chilli Crab Sauce & 240ml of water.
- Coat crab evenly, cover & cook for 1 min. Mix well & cook until crab is cooked through.
- Pour beaten egg around crab & stir. Scoop sauce over crab & serve.
